Myths and Magic

I have been holding off posting this card until the catalogue went live and you could get your hands on this set.  After winning this set on Prize Patrol at OnStage, I was a bit disappointed but I have seen the error of my ways.  It is a great set with so many possibilities for creative cards!

This first picture shows how I used washi tape to mask out my wizard's 'magic'.  I then used my aquapainter and ink from the top of my stamp pad to create this look with Lemon Lime Twist and Bermuda Bay. (on watercolour paper of course).

I used a combination of Bermuda Bay Stampin Write Marker and aquapainter to colour the wizard's cloak and hat. I used Basic Gray Marker and smokey slate ink for his beard. The stars are done with silver embossing powder and the sentiment with Basic Gray.  I have then matted with Lemon Lime Twist onto a Bermuda Bay card front.
This was CASEd from Linda Hanford.

    1. Thank You! it worked well. I had even left it over night and it still came off easily but I wouldn't recommend leaving it that long.
