Stampin' Up!®'s Little Dreamers & It’s in the Stars

Finally got to work designing with these two stamp sets and I was not disappointed! How adorable is this card?!?!

I was inspired by a creation I saw on Instagram from @sleeplesstamper Alanna Wharf. I took her basic concept of the layers and the embossing folder and then made them my own.
