Stampin' Up!®'s Darling Details Bundle

O.M.G! How sunny and cheerful is the birthday card made with the AMAZING Darling Details Bundle?!!

This is based on a layout on page 68 of the annual catty featuring these products with my own twist on the colour scheme and the fun display of the greeting. Lemon Lolly is one of my Fave NEW colours - we have been missing this yellow SO much! As you'll see in the video, I used the Colour Coach to help me see which other colours in the Stampin' Up!® family would complement this hue. I've been using this resource A LOT as I get comfortable with all of the new and returning colours. It is so helpful.

These stamps, and coordinating dies, are so fun and whimsical and I love that! Makes the card feel more playful that a traditional flower might. This is a great, two-step stamping, set in addition to also using the distINKtive style of stamps. These stamps line up like a DREAM; by far one of the easiest two-step sets I've worked with recently! In addition to stamped images that can be die cut, this bundle also includes so very pretty stand alone dies which I have die cut in Basic White and tucked behind my images.

I didn't want to add another die cut layer with my greeting (it seemed too heavy for the layout), so I did some fussy cutting! To make it even more fun, I stamped the word Happy more than once and used both of the bright card colours (Grape and Coral) for the greeting.

The large detailed die makes a great frame for the focal point (it comes in two sizes) and this striped DSP pattern from the Bright & Beautiful pack is the perfect backdrop.

Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop - Stampin' Up!®'s NEW 2023-2025 In Colours

Fourteen of the month so you know what that means! It's team blog and Insta hop day! This month we are showcasing the 2023-2025 In Colours from Stampin' Up!®. And to make it a little more interesting, I challenged everyone to use a minimum of THREE of the 5 colours to ensuring no one was playing favourites!

I took the challenge one step further and challenged myself to use all 5 coulours without it being super obvious that I was doing it. I ended up with 2 extra colours as well as I needed some greens to complete my design.

I'm showcasing the NEW Seasonal Branches Bundle. It has a beautiful collection of stamps with coordinating dies as well as some additional stand alone dies. If you enjoying colouring, this is a great bundle for you!

I worked with both the leaves and flowers to adorn my branches as well as a couple of the birds. You can see in this image that I have stamped and die cut the one branch image using Copper Clay and have used the stand alone branch die cut in Wild Wheat.

The great thing about these leaves and flowers, it is a single stamp that fits together with the stamped branch and cuts out as a single die.

I've used Moody Mauve for the petals and coloured the bird with my Pebbled Path and Boho Blue Stampin' Blends.

I layered the images on Boho Blue cardstock, and DSP, both cut with the Deckled Rectangle Dies.

With the image weighted heavily to the left side of the card, I felt like I had to offset with something on the right. The In-Colour 3/8" Textured Ribbon is so nice to work with and I easily was able to create this ruffled wave.

There are an assortment of sentiment choices with this set, and in particular, a couple of choices to complete the phrase that I went with. This greeting fits nicely on the die cut from the All That dies which carried over from last year.

As it is two separate stamps to create the phrase, it is easy to use two different colours. I chose to use Pebbled Path (an amazing neutral) and Moody Mauve.

Hopefully this gets you excited not only about all these great colours but also the prospect of working with this amazing bundle!

Stampin' Up!'s® Fresh as a Daisy Suite of products

This Suite of products is FULL of SO many Ah-ma-zing items! From the DSP, to the stamps and dies right into the embellishments - so many beautiful things to design with.

I had so much fun creating this stunner live on my Facebook page yesterday. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this suite and I can't wait to create more!

Shout out to Stampin' Up!® themselves for inspiring my colour combination for these daisies of Crushed Curry with the new Lemon Lolly. I love this new yellow! It definitely has been missing from our rainbow of colours.

Since I chose to colour the centres of my flowers with Pecan Pie, I tied it into the overall colour scheme both with DSP, embellishments and my stamped greeting.

For my green, I chose to use 2nd generation Garden Green stamped on Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I like the look this creates and found it was a nice complement to the design without overshadowing the soft yellows.
