The eclipse style of card has been elusive to me since it became popular in the fall as I don't have a set of letter framelits so I had no way of cutting out a word and then shadowing. As I write this, it just dawned on me that I guess I could have tried it with an object versus a word..... Oh well! I'll add to my 'to craft' list!
Anyway..... in comes the Celebrate You thinlit dies (FREE with a $120 purchase until Mar 31st). They include 3 words - celebrate, you and amazing. The idea for this was inspired by Beth Schuster Studer and the idea to colour the Springtime Foils DSP (FREE with $60 purchase) with Blends came from a customer of mine.
The bottom version of the card was my own original idea of markers on the marbled background stamp. I used the 2016-2018 In colours while they are still available. I think if I make again, I might replace the denim with a second bit of emerald as I find it sticks out a bit. It was a fun technique so be sure to watch the video to see what I did!
I added the you after the video so you won't see that bit on there. The top card I went with the copper foil paper and the bottom basic black cardstock.
