Sketch Challenge: Incorporating stripes and a tag on a card front

I am over the moon at how this card turned out! The design is based on a sketch (or layout) challenge. I knew I wanted to use washi tape for the stripes and the Year of Cheer suite as my colour palette. I was playing with scraps when I fed the sentiment banner through the hole punched out of the foil circle... I thought it made for an interesting effect so I went with it!  What do you think?

The tag part of the card will definitely be one of the design choices for my tag class in November! Class details to be posted within the week!
