Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop - Online Exclusives

     Fourteen of the month so you know what that means! It's team blog and Insta hop day! We are featuring our faves from the amazing products that are part of the Online Excusives.

I chose to feature the Scenic Adventure Bundle with a design that was inspired by Tami Hewlett (@swimminginstamps).

I also incorporated the Everyday Arches Dies and the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder, both also from the online exclusive product list.

The design started with using a piece of the Beautiful Bokeh DSP to create a muted sky effect. I traced the arch die onto the page and then built up my scene to fit.  One the scene was complete I ran it through to die cut the image as a whole. I then layered it over another piece of the same DSP in a different colour which I thought added a nice effect.

The water is also a piece of the Beautiful Bokeh DSP run through multiple times with a die from the Scenic Adventures Dies. I cut the mountain in Basic White (reminding me of Mt. Baker which I drive by each day to work), the row of trees in Mossy Meadow and the forefront in Very Vanilla. The extra die cut trees are in Night of Navy. I like the contrast the darker blue added.

The sentiment combines two stamp set in the set which I pieced together in a row. 

With the addition of the Embossing Folder layer behind the main scene, I didn't think the card needed anything in the way of embellishments.  I'm really pleased with this CASEd design and had a lot of fun using the Scenic Adventure Dies.  I'm looking forward to playing more with these products!
