Fourteen of the month so you know what that means! It's team blog and Insta hop day! This month we are showcasing our favourite items in the Saleabration Flyer!!

This card features the amazing Bloom Impressions DSP, the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins and the Fresh Freesia Seam Binding Ribbon.

If you can believe it, I don't have a single stamp set from the flyer yet! I was spreading out my spending and when I did my pre-order I chose 3 of the items that I could use with the Beautiful Bokeh Suite that I was demoing for out team meeting!

So for this design I decided to work with the Hugs for Love Bundle as it arrived the most recently and I wanted to have a play! It's a must have bundle made even better in that there is a second coordinating stamp set in the mini catty as well!

I love this particular piece of the DSP that I used for my large background. The mix of all the colours really speaks to me. I also really love the use of Blueberry Bushel in the combo so I chose to focus on that plus the purples. I used it both for my card base and an ink colour. I used Petunia Pop ink as it is the purple in the DSP and then accentuated with Fresh Freesia for the ribbon and also a mat behind a second pattern of the DSP.

For the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, I went with 4 of the Berry Burst colour (looks very close to Petunia) and one of the Fresh Freesia. I have each layer popped up on dimensionals and I love the effect it gives. I also added a strip of the DSP showing another one of the back sides and a few more hearts.

This design idea is courtesy of Ronda Wade and I know I will make several more using the different sentiments in the stamp set and other colours of the DSP.
