Coast To Coast Creators July Blog Hop - Saleabration

You guessed it, team blog hop time again! As always, we are on both our blogs and Instagram so be sure to visit both!

This month's hop is all about the NEW SALE-a-bration offerings from Stampin' Up!®! I'm so excited to hop to everyone's blogs and see which products they decided to showcase! These products are FREE to choose with orders of $60 or $120 in the month of July and August only.

I've actually showcased THREE different SALE-a-bration items in this one design. And I LOVE how easy it was to put them all together!  And then I added in some fun elements from one of my (surprise) favourite new suites - Splendid Day.

Sadly as I am finishing up this post I have learned that these card bases have already SOLD OUT!  No surprise as they are fabulous! The other SAB items I have showcased are still available - the Silver & Gold DSP and the Amazing Phrasing stamp set.

For this design, I sponged the white and silver DSP design with Calypso Coral Ink using a blending brush to give it an Ombre effect. For the greeting, I die cut this semi-circle die from the Splendid Stems Dies twice and then layered it together with a banner.

The card needed a bit more though so I decided to add a bit of watercolour to it as it is World Watercolour Month! I stamped in Coastal Cabana on watercolour paper and then used my Water Painters to pull the colour into the image. I die cut a second of this same shape, no stamping, out of a piece of watercolour paper that I had painted with Coastal Cabana ink.  I love the look of these die cuts.
