I had so much fun creating this stunner live on my Facebook page yesterday. This is just the tip of the iceberg with this suite and I can't wait to create more!
Shout out to Stampin' Up!® themselves for inspiring my colour combination for these daisies of Crushed Curry with the new Lemon Lolly. I love this new yellow! It definitely has been missing from our rainbow of colours.
Since I chose to colour the centres of my flowers with Pecan Pie, I tied it into the overall colour scheme both with DSP, embellishments and my stamped greeting.
For my green, I chose to use 2nd generation Garden Green stamped on Soft Sea Foam cardstock. I like the look this creates and found it was a nice complement to the design without overshadowing the soft yellows.
I love this card so much, I've entered it into a Blog Highlights Gallery Competition! I'd love your vote! Use this link and find my card (#11) and click on the hear until it turns red to place your vote!
Drop a comment, I'd love to know what you think.
