Gillybean Crafting : Coast to Coast Creators Blog Hop - 2022

You guessed it, team blog hop time again! And we are on both our blogs and Instagram again so be sure to visit both!

This month's hop is all about the NEW Annual Catalogue from Stampin' Up!®! I'm so excited to hop to everyone's blogs and see which products they decided to showcase!

I decided to work with the Brewed For You Bundle and add in a few other amazing new products for this design. If you haven't ordered this bundle already, it should definitely be on your Must Have list. You can use this for all the beer, wine, and really any icy beverage lover in your life - there are just so many options!

This card started with this line of drinks which I had stamped and sitting on my desk for ages before I finally turned them into a card layout. I used Daffodil Delight and Soft Suede Ink for my beer colours. I also used my Pool Party Stampin' Blend to add a bit of shading to the glasses.

Next came these two frosty mugs. I had seen this done elsewhere, the idea of using vellum to create a more realistic looking mug. I stamped on it with memento ink and then used clear embossing powder. For the one mug, I put the cardstock die cut behind and the other in front. I really love how this looks and will definitely do it again for other cards with this bundle.

They needed a darker cardstock layer behind them to see the vellum. I went with a rotated square die cut from the Stylish Shapes Dies.
