My first attempt casing this amazing card by @pattystamps ! I used the retiring in colours exclusively except for the Smokey Slate circle. I’m in 💗! This will be my March customer thank yous as well as one of my Mother’s Day designs (orders start end of April). #gillybeancrafting #beautifulbouquet #incolours2017 #instablog

It may not always be the timeliest, but I always send a blank card as a thank you for any order placed with me (including monthly PP subscriptions). This was my card sent out for February orders. Using up that soon to retire Tranquil Tide again as well as this amazing DSP. #gillybeancrafting #sharewhatyoulovesuite #customerappreciation #instablog

Our March team challenge was to use one or many of the upcoming retiring in colours. I chose Tranquil Tide as my focus as I have 1/2 a spool of ribbon to use.😬 I’m happy with the end result and this card is making its way to a friend going through a major life shift. Why not send someone a card rather than a text? I bet it would mean the world to them.😀 #gillybeancrafting #incolours2017 #sharewhatyoulovesuite #instablog
Do you notice how I have framed the stitched rectangle with a scalloped rectangle? Wondering how I did that? Well I manipulated the scalloped square of course!! I did a live video of the process so I’ve included that below. My apologies that it is sideways - I usually always get that sorted out.
I wanted to mute both the floral image and the background behind it so both are stamped off; mint macaron for the background and memento ink for the flowers. I wanted light black but needed to use memento so I could colour in with blends. Otherwise I might have used Smoky slate or basic gray.

This is one of TEN cards I’ll be offering in an upcoming class in April. It’s a cinch to make with the Happiness Blooms Memories & More Card Packs. This design was inspired by @stampwithronda with a twist or two of my own of course!😉 Stay tuned for more class previews and keep your eye out for the full class details coming soon. #gillybeancrafting #happinessblooms #instablog

One of yesterday’s frogs made into a card. I 💚 how this turned out! And it was so quick using the tropical escape DSP pack for almost every layer! Watch my live video on my FB page if you want to know more. #gillybeancrafting #sohoppytogether #saleabration2019 #tropicalescape #instablog
